AVGPC Return & Refund Policy

At AVGPC, we stand behind every system we build. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make the return or support process clear, fair, and straightforward.

30-Day Return Policy

Most products purchased directly from AVGPC.com may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date.

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by AVGPC.
To request an RMA, the Buyer must provide:

  • Order ID or Invoice Number

  • Proof of purchase date

  • Reason for return, exchange, or refund

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

All returned items must be:

  • Securely packaged

  • Shipped with the RMA number clearly displayed

  • Returned in good condition without signs of misuse or physical damage

AVGPC will review each return upon receipt and will confirm eligibility based on the conditions outlined in this policy.

Note: Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.
Special orders and individual parts are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed based on its condition:

  • New Condition (no damage, minimal use):
    Refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.

  • Used Condition:
    Returns may be subject to up to a 15% restocking fee, along with applicable shipping costs.

  • Defective or Damaged Due to AVGPC:
    A full refund will be issued.

  • Damage Caused by Buyer:
    May include:

    • $50 labor fee

    • Cost of damaged components

    • Applicable restocking and shipping fees

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the item is received and approved.

Repairs & Replacements

If a system is returned for repair or replacement:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling will result in:

    • $50 labor fee

    • Cost of affected components

Payment must be completed before repair or replacement proceeds.

Once a return label with RMA is issued, items must be shipped within 7 days.

If a component is determined to be defective:

  • AVGPC will replace it with a new component when available

  • If unavailable, a fully tested refurbished component may be used

Replacement parts may not always match the original brand or model unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

Shipping & Return Guidance

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.

To help ensure safe returns, our Southern California-based support team will guide you through proper packaging and shipping procedures.

Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated during the return process.

Order Eligibility & Shipping Restrictions

AVGPC does not accept orders from:

  • APO / PO Box addresses

  • Non-U.S. buyers

  • Third-party freight forwarding or logistics companies

Orders that do not meet these requirements will be automatically canceled and refunded within 5 business days.

Currently, We do not accept any website order from APO/ PO Box/non-US buyers and/or orders to third party logistic companies. All orders will be automatically rejected and refunded within 5 business days.

AVGPC Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

AVGPC guarantees that each PC will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for:

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty (Labor & Parts) from the date of original purchase

If a defect arises due to workmanship or materials during warranty period, AVGPC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the system or defective component at no charge.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Hardware defects under normal use

  • Components originally installed by AVGPC

  • Not included accessories such as keyboard and mouse (if bundled with the system)

Any part repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Software, operating systems, or data not originally installed by AVGPC

  • Third-party software support or compatibility issues

  • Damage caused by:

    • Improper use or handling

    • Overclocking or unauthorized system modifications

    • External factors (power surges, physical damage, environmental conditions)

  • Components, accessories, or hardware added after delivery

  • Peripherals not originally included with the system

AVGPC is not responsible for data loss. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data prior to service.

Service & Repairs

  • Defective parts must be returned to AVGPC unless otherwise instructed

  • AVGPC may use new or fully tested refurbished components for replacements

  • Replacement parts may not match the original brand/model

If a system is serviced or repaired by an unauthorized third-party provider, the warranty may be voided, and AVGPC will not reimburse any related costs.

Warranty Limitations

AVGPC reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility based on inspection and diagnosis.

The warranty may be voided if the system is found to have been used for:

  • Cryptocurrency mining

  • Commercial misuse outside intended use

  • Any activity that places abnormal or excessive stress on components

Shipping & Service Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty service unless otherwise specified

  • Our Southern California-based support team will assist with troubleshooting and provide guidance for safe return and packaging

International Purchases

For products purchased outside of the United States:

  • Returns within the first 30 days must be handled through the original retailer or distributor

  • After the return period, customers may contact AVGPC Support for assistance with proof of purchase

Please note:

  • AVGPC does not issue RMAs for international customers without prior approval

  • Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and related fees

  • AVGPC is not responsible for delays or costs associated with international shipping or customs processing

AVGPC Premium Protection Plan Policy

Overview

AVGPC Premium Protection Plan extends your system coverage beyond the standard 1-Year Limited Warranty, providing continued protection, priority service, and direct support from the AVGPC team.

Unlike many providers, all service is handled in-house by AVGPC — no third-party warranty companies involved.

Eligibility & Purchase Requirement

The Premium Protection Plan is available only under the following conditions:

  • Must be purchased with a new AVGPC PC system

  • System must be purchased from AVGPC or an authorized seller, including but not limited to:

    • Amazon

    • Newegg

    • Walmart

    • Temu

  • The Premium Protection Plan must be purchased within 30 days of the original system purchase date

⚠️ Plans purchased outside of this window or from unauthorized sources may not be valid.

Coverage Period

The Premium Protection Plan extends total system coverage to:

  • 2-Year Protection Plan (2 years total from purchase date)

  • 3-Year Premium Protection Plan (3 years total from purchase date)

Coverage begins from the original system purchase date and continues seamlessly after the standard warranty period.

What’s Covered

This plan covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • CPU (Processor)

  • GPU (Graphics Card)

  • Motherboard

  • Memory (RAM)

  • Power Supply (PSU)

  • Storage Devices (SSD / HDD)

  • Cooling Systems (fans, liquid cooling units)

  • Internal components installed by AVGPC

AVGPC will repair or replace defective components using new, refurbished, or equivalent-performance parts.

All Premium Protection Plan customers receive:

Repairs are handled directly by AVGPC technicians.

Priority Service
Faster response times and expedited repair processing.

Expert Support
Assistance from trained technicians familiar with your exact system configuration.

Shipping Policy

  • Customer is responsible for shipping the system to AVGPC

  • AVGPC covers return shipping within the continental United States

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost

Claims Process

To request service:

  1. Contact AVGPC Support

  2. Provide order information and issue details

  3. Complete troubleshooting with our support team

  4. Receive an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

⚠️ Systems sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

Loyalty Credit Program (No Claims Benefit)

If no claims are made during the full coverage period, customers may request a Loyalty Credit.

Eligibility Requirements

  • No warranty claims during the coverage period

  • Request submitted within 30 days after plan expiration

Credit Details

  • Credit equals the original purchase price of the Premium Protection Plan

  • Issued as AVGPC store credit only

  • Valid toward the purchase of a new AVGPC system

Limitations

  • Non-transferable

  • No cash value

  • Cannot be applied to parts, accessories, or services

  • Cannot be combined with major promotional discounts or bulk pricing

What’s Not Covered

The Premium Protection Plan does not cover:

  • Physical damage, abuse, or neglect

  • Smoke damage, Liquid damage or environmental damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs

  • Damage caused by improper installation or handling

  • Overclocking-related damage (unless explicitly approved by AVGPC)

  • Software issues, operating system errors, or viruses

  • Data loss or data recovery

  • External peripherals and accessories

Repair Terms

  • Components may be repaired or replaced with equivalent or better-performing parts

  • Exact part matching is not guaranteed due to availability

  • Replacement parts may be new or refurbished

Turnaround Time

Typical repair time:

  • 5–10 business days after the system is received

Actual turnaround time may vary depending on:

  • Parts availability

  • Repair complexity

  • Shipping time

Limitations of Liability

AVGPC is not responsible for:

  • Data loss or corruption

  • Loss of business, revenue, or productivity

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before service.

Plan Restrictions

  • Coverage applies only to the original system and purchaser

  • Plan is non-transferable

  • Coverage is valid only within supported service regions

Right to Refuse Service

AVGPC reserves the right to deny service if:

  • The system shows signs of misuse or unauthorized modification

  • Warranty terms have been violated

  • Required troubleshooting steps are not followed

Final Authority

AVGPC reserves the right to interpret and determine all aspects of coverage, eligibility, and service under the Premium Protection Plan.
